What is the human trafficking case?
In fact, Daler and his brother Shamsher have alleged that during the year 1998 and 1999, they illegally sent many people to their team and sent them to many other foreign countries including the US. In this case, in 2003, a person named Bakshish Singh lodged an FIR in the police against Dular and alleged that Daler took Rs 12 lakh from him but he did not send him abroad. With this, Daler and his brother tried to intimidate him and threaten him. In this case, a case was registered against Daler in connection with forgery (Section 420) and Criminal Conspiracy (120-B).
